Jasmine is a skillful, compassionate teacher and a gifted healer who brings a sense of awe and joy to the exploration of living an embodied human life. She is fascinated with the interface between the energetic and the physical body, and how thought, emotion and memory manifest within this framework. She sees the body as a means for spiritual healing, artistic expression, and a source of deep wisdom.

Jasmine is an E-RYT-200 and RPYT yoga teacher, an deeply empathic energy healer, and a Reiki master/teacher. She works on the energetic and spiritual levels to help you return to harmony with yourself and the world around you. She supports you in transforming your life through the healing journey. Jasmine currently serves as President of the Four Winds Foundation in Fairbanks, AK.
She received her initial yoga certification from Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health in 2012. She is a Certified Prenatal Yoga Teacher, having completed prenatal training at the Seattle Holistic Center. She believes that yoga practice has the power to transforms lives; it is healing from the inside out. She has been practicing yoga for a decade and also has an extensive background in movement for the theatre, dance, butoh, and a bit of martial arts. She has worked as both a movement director and a choreographer.
Jasmine is a Reiki Master and a Healer. She has been walking the path that brought her to do this healing work for most of her life; she was first gifted with a crystal at age 4. She has studied hands-on and metaphysical healing work intensively since 2012 and received her Reiki Master attunement in 2014.
Jasmine is honored and humbled to study with such teachers as Brahmani Leibman and Jashoda Edmunds, SarahJoy Marsh, Lynn Minton, and Colette Crawford. She would like to thank Maya Salganek, Kara Golux, Tracy Lease and Susanne Lyle for introducing her to the beauty of yoga.
